For the past several years, Grillmaster William Henderson has studied under other barbeque chefs in perfecting his own special finger-licking flavorings and secret recipes.

Starting out pleasing family and friends, William and Smoke & Smoke have turned into a favorite finger-licking stop with prime spots at major events like Vicksburg Riverfest and a host of large gatherings such as the Mississippi Law Enforcement Officers Association.

A native of Philadelphia, Pa., William was raised in Vicksburg and has been active in local sports as a player and coach and is active in ministry at Triumph Church.

He has served as an MDOT law enforcement officer for the past 15 years.
